Affordable, clean, functional, spacious apartment, convenient location near tram and metro.

All was perfect.

Although it was just a little difficult to find the first time, the location is very good. It is handy to the tram, and to the U-Bahn. There are markets nearby, with one right as you get off the U-Bahn, making it all very convenient. The cleanliness is always excellent, and the staff have always been helpful, even if the English/German communication has not been perfect. All in all, this is usually my first choice to stay in Vienna.

The apartment was quite large with a very nice kitchen, a comfy couch in the living room, and a good size bedroom.

The internet connectivity was relatively slow for us (3rd floor).

Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant experience. Finally, the breakfast served was a great start to the day, with a variety of options to choose from.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The place was massive and quite new. There was a nice bath and a small kitchen. Great for families.

Front desk people did not speak English. Everything was great until they ran out of hot water after only 2 people had showered. It was a room for 4 people so...they should have enough water for 4 people to shower!!! A nice bath and no hot water to fill it up, very disappointing.

We spent a lovely weekend at this apartment hotel. The room was cozy and clean, and we particularly enjoyed the complimentary bottle of water and chocolates. The location was great - only a short walk to the metro station, which allowed us to easily explore the city. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our romantic escape even more enjoyable.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the softness of the bed, which made it a bit uncomfortable for us. However, this was a small issue in comparison to everything else that this hotel offered.

The Wireless Internet was not working in the rooms. It only connects in the lobby. There is no Iron available in the room and they charge Eight Euros per hour.

Actilingua is a good mix of old and new: old house with flair - but new rooms and furniture. Kitchen and bath were very comfortable. The room itself was friendly!

There could be more possibilities for placing things in the bath (shelves, hooks, etc).
